At Skye Peptides, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our research compounds. If you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a 90-day window from your original purchase date to request a resolution.

How Returns & Refunds Work

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our support team with your order details. Once your returned items arrive at our facility and are verified by our team, your refund will be processed promptly within 48 hours back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email our support team immediately before dispatch. Once a package has shipped from our facility, it cannot be canceled mid-transit and must follow our standard return process upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shipment arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging so we can immediately dispatch a replacement.
